Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
1. SITE CONSULTATION & SURVEY
(Interior Design Package)We will visit your site to define your brief based on your budget, time constraints and specific requirements. We will also take a complete site survey.
2. DESIGN CONCEPT & LAYOUT
(Interior & Exterior Design Package)We will draw up your floor plans with different proposed layouts for you to choose from and/or pick elements from each. This will determine your final layout plans.
We will also create a digital concept presentation including mood shots/vision & approach/flooring/ceiling/furniture/lighting/wall coverings etc. all of which sourced specifically for your needs. You then choose which you like to build direction for your project.
3.FINAL DESIGN
(Interior Design Package)The refined concepts are developed into a detailed final presentation
including:
Furniture/lighting/wall finishes/flooring etc
Final floor plans
2D/3D visuals of each area – to help visualise the end result
An A4 print out featuring your overall chosen scheme
4. COSTING & QUOTATION
(Interior Design & Architecture Packages)We will then source all your chosen items and finishes to create a shopping list of all FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment.) They will be scheduled for seamless procurement, delivery and installation via your Project Manager. You will only ever receive one invoice from us for all your FF&E.
The final selected plans are then transformed into working drawings in preparation for the works to commence on site. We work alongside our provided architects & contractors with their plans to ensure cohesive design and procedure. Whether your build project is just an extension or a whole new build, we can provide a team of people to develop your project from outside in all under one brand.
5. IMPLEMENTATION
(Interior Design & Architecture Packages)We will always take your project from start to finish, supplying everything from the furniture to the tradesmen. Your Project Manager will ensure everything runs smoothly, to time and to schedule including all delivery and installation.
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
We have the capacity of delivering our product within and outside the country because of the width of the market, we have partnered with organization which are determind and devoted in delivering our product to our client anywhere within West Africa (Such delivery service will call for extra expensis on shipping fee).
How long does shipping take?
From the day of request, order within Nigeria would be delivered with (7-14 days) weekend inclusive.
Shipping out side the country deliver specification would be given based on request of our client and also a factor of Jurisdiction and accesability to Deliver
Will I be charged for taxes?
There is a charged cost of delivery specify by us 2 Samac, any form of payment which might arise as a result of ordering a product from us will be handles by us.
Warranty
We have warranty on our furniture products, suspended ceiling.
If any thing happens to the service/product under this category, we have 2years warranty on it for our customer because we are bent on delivering quality product/service to our customers.
Note: There is no warranty for all other product precisely Glass Products.
RETURNES
What is your returns policy?
Our return policy is targeted at our product with does not last upto the useful years anticipated by us. Product returns document and other necessary information would be requested if such a situation arise.
We are certain that our product are made by professional and adequately supervised before delivery. For a situation of this nature to occur, its 1%.
Do you refund?
We do refund on product which doesnt live upto its expected useful years i.e product that didnt last to 2 Year Warranty.
PAYMENT
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept payment on delivery and before delivery. We also offer Both online and offline payment.
Online Payment:
After carting out your request with our offline payment proceedure, you can make payment online on our site with our third party payment portal just my clicking on the MasterCard icon which would redirect you to our third-party online payment platform.
Making payment through our online payment portal, you will notify us of payment been make for the product ordered for.
